The Mumbai Traffic Police have planned an initiative called "NO HORN DAY!", today, on 7th April 2008.
This aims to slow down the noise pollution and improve people's health.

How about following the same in Pune..?

Good Idea! At least this could stop the cranky horns for a day! Errrr.... those frustrating noises!
